Hi Bernie and Edgar,
Sorry it`s taken so long, but I`ve wanted to email you both for some time now. I guess I can use the excuse of the holidays, etc....so, I WILL!!!
Anyhow, I wanted to share some of my thoughts with both of you concerning our time spent at Schakolad during the month of December. We were there from around the 14th to the 19th, and thankfully, very busy!! I kept thinking of the years I spent in my parent`s grocery store during the holidays, and the fond memories it provoked. I look back on that time of my life as very special, and now, through Schakolad, I`m able to `relive` some of those feelings with Craig and Sheree, and of course, with my wife, Jane. We enjoyed every minute of the craziness and already have plans to be there for the Valentine Day season as well.
So, you see, you not only have an impact on those that are franchisees, but, their families as well!! We`re so happy that we were able to share in the whole experience of Craig and Sheree`s franchise, from the beginning to the present. You BOTH have been wonderful to Craig, and we`re so thankful for your caring and understanding, you truly DO treat them as family.
